A special mention goes to the receptionist, Joni, whose hospitality and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. Joni was incredibly attentive, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. They always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the service and the ambiance truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a pleasant experience. Thank you, Joni, and the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to staying here again!

The girl in the reception on the day of the checking out was the kindest ever; helped me book a taxi and walked me out to the taxi to make sure everything went alright :)

Best of all are the staff from the reception, the room cleaning ladies, the waiters & waitresses, and all the expert chefs. They are all friendly & helpful.

It is around 15 minutes (walking) away from the central bus station. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!
